If you have problems with uninstalling WebOffice extensions 10.2 please check whether
| • | the SynerGIS WebOffice Extensions Service has been stopped: Open the Services (Local) and stop the service if it is still running. |

| • | the COM+ applications have been stopped: Open the Component Services and stop WebOffice ePaper/WebOffice export/WebOffice plot if they are still running. |

Stop COM+ applications
Then uninstall the WebOffice extensions 10.2 and install the newer version.
Note: Do not forget to start the SynerGIS WebOffice Extensions Service after successful installation.
Note: During the uninstall process of the WebOffice extensions 10.2 also the ArcGIS 10.2 Engine will be uninstalled. To avoid problems during the uninstall/install process, please ensure, that the ArcGIS 10.2 Engine still exists on the system before uninstalling the WebOffice extensions 10.2.
