The Portal connections button opens the configuration bar for portals in the File menu. New portal connections can be created, edited and removed here.

 

If several portals are configured, the currently active portal is displayed with a green checkmark. To change the active portal, click on the new portal and select Activate portal.

 

With Add portal a new portal connection can be created by entering the portal URL (https://server(.domain)/portal/home), user and password. This will then be activated immediately.

 

With mouseover over an existing portal connection, a button becomes visible to open the respective portal organization page in the browser.

 

Furthermore, when selecting a portal connection via Edit portal or Remove portal, it can be changed or deleted accordingly.
