Configure Integrations of External Applications if you want to integrate web applications with WebOffice 10.9 R4 or if you want to provide links to websites and/or images within your search result views. WebOffice 10.9 R4 is able to pass object keys to the configured web application and vice-versa process object keys passed from an external application.

 

There are two different types of integrations with external applications:

•Hyperlink
Use hyperlinks for providing easy access to image files (e.g. JPG or GIF files) or folders as well as documents (e.g. PDF documents)

•Integration (Call FROM WebOffice)
Use Integration (Call FROM WebOffice) for passing parameters (objects keys etc.) to other web applications using HTTP GET query string or HTTP POST. This way user can easily switch/jump from WebOffice 10.9 R4 clients to another web application passing over a specific selected object or a list of objects.
