Projects activation/deactivation
In this area WebOffice projects can be activated or deactivated within a web application.
Projects activation/deactivation
All projects located in C:\Tomcat\webapps\<WebOffice application>\WEB-INF\classes\configuration\projects are displayed in the Active Projects field.
Projects folder of the web application
If one or more objects are now selected and moved to the Inactive Projects field using the corresponding button, they are moved to the OutOfService folder.

Individual projects can also be moved by double-clicking on the respective project. |
Set active projects inactive
OutOfService folder
All projects that have thus been set to inactive are no longer initialised or displayed. It is also not possible to edit inactive projects in the WebOffice author standalone.
Set inactive projects active
Inactive projects can be set active again using the same procedure.
