The function Check all projects in WebOffice author standalone offers the possibility to check project configurations in your project directory. The prerequisite for using this function is that you have not opened a project.

 

The result of the Check all projects function is a status list in which valid projects are displayed with a green checkmark and faulty projects are marked with a yellow indicator. This status list is a good basis for removing or repairing faulty or invalid projects.

If there is an invalid WebOffice 10.9 R4 project configuration in the list, you can click on the arrow symbol for the respective project to open the configuration for further editing.

 

With the button Repair projects all faulty projects can be repaired with one click.

You can use this button to upgrade all projects at once to a newer version if you want to upgrade your WebOffice 10.9 R4 application.

 

The button Synchronize projects to UserManagement offers the possibility to synchronize all projects with one click in your user management database.
