Every menu entry (GeoUserManagementItem) refers to a wizard in the UserManagement Admin Web interface. You may edit the following parameters:

You can set the feature class wizard to invisible because it has no effect at actual state. Just replace the true with a false inside the visibility tag of the GeoUserManagementMenuItem menRootFC.
