Configure Full-Text Search
In order to use the full-text search with the WebOffice Sample Project it is necessary to adapt the application configuration.

Open the application configuration in the WebOffice author standalone and add full-text search on node common. Enter the correct URL to your search index application at Searchindex address. The name of that application is also the name of the application context descriptor file (e. g. FTS-Index.xml) without file extension. Afterwards, save the application configuration and reload the application.

If the full-text search is correctly configured, you will get a new tab in SynAdmin called Full text search where you can create the subindices for every layer that has been activated for full-text search. In order to provide a full-text search for the WebOffice sample project click the checkbox next to Create Duration which marks all indices. Then click the button Recreate checked subindices to start the generating process.

As soon as the state changes from missing to created you proceed to the next chapter to publish your project.
