Check the prerequisites of editing (sde data, editable layer, ...)

Try following workaround: Use the wizard to create an edit layer and choose as type of service ArcGIS Server Feature-Service.

EDIT_ACTION_NOT_SUPPORTED - removing edit action Explode_MultiPart from edit layer (Flächenpool Punkt TLVwA) reason: invalid geometry type (POINT)

Certain editing actions may not work for certain types of geometry.

In this case: The editlayer is of geometry type POINT, therefore no edit action EXPLODE_MULTIPART can be carried out.
