The first time you attempt to log-in to Manager, you will be asked whether to create a new ArcGIS Server site or join an existing one. Consider Log in to Manager for detailed information.

Start the ArcGIS Server Manager locally (on the ArcGIS Server installation machine) by entering the URL https://<server name>[:<port>]/arcgis/manager/ (e.g. https://gisserver.domain.com:6443/arcgis/manager/) into your browser. Log-in to Manager using the primary site administrator name and password that was set during the site creation process.
