A Project box will be available in the WebOffice html client in case

•project metadata

•project linking

was configured.

 

If no project linking at all has been configured, then project metadata will be always accessible inside an empty Project box via the button.

 

 

If the functionality to change from the currently opened project to other projects on the fly is configured, then the list of projects is provided

•in the toolbar itself or

•as a set of tabs above the toolbar

depending on the project linking configuration.

 

 

 

Project Metadata & Project Linking

In case both metadata URLs for WebOffice 10.9 R4 projects and project linking are configured, the location of the button complies with the chosen type of project linking.
