The configuration of the drive-time videos takes place in WebOffice author in the menu Extras under the menu item Project structure overall. Under the node WebOffice, the element Layer configuration is available. The subordinate element Panorama Images / drive-time videos has to be added to this node.

The following subordinate elements have to be configured on this node:

Name of the Route-Id field (for displaying kilometer values in the video window)

RoadSTAR time reference for defining the video frame rate and the playback frame rate with the subordinate elements Video starttime field, which determines the start time of the video, Video endtime field (to set the end time of the video), Video startframe field to associate the video polyline's first vertex with a distinct frame-number in the video as well as Video endframe field (to associate the last vertex).

Route layer

Layer with route data for displaying kilometer values in the video window. Route-Features are determined by matching values defined in the respective route-id fields of this layer and the video-layer.

Configuration for calling drive-time videos via custom tool (optional)

In addition to the option to select drive-time videos via the selection tool, the videos can also be selected using a custom tool.

When configuring the tool, note that the property URL of external page consists of the path to trackView.jsp and the layer ID of the video layer. This ID is taken from the project configuration xml file.
