Transfer With Comma Instead of Period to Integrated Editing Application

The custom page pub/custom_pages/forward_replace_in_param.jsp redirects to a linked page where the configured fields are replaced. Any string manipulation on the query string can be done on this page, e.g. replacing special characters.

(1) Integrated Editing Application

This requires an Integrated Editing Application that has to be configured on an Editing Layer.

The Base URL refers to the custom page: pub/custom_pages/forward_replace_in_param.jsp

The target page itself must be sent as a parameter; by default this parameter is called "to" (it can be specified in the variable forwardParam variable).

Example for a configured Base URL in WebOffice author:

pub/custom_pages/forward_replace_in_param.jsp?to=../../testextapplication.jsp

... the redirect is sent to the application testextapplication.jsp

... all other transferred parameters will be added to this target URL

(2) List of transferred fields - Keys

In addition, the field in the corresponding subnode must still be configured as a key, where the HTTP parameter name of the parameters have to be selected from the file forward_replace_in_param.jsp. Define in file forward_replace_in_param.jsp a parameter name to be queried for replacement and reference it to the previously defined mapping. The first string is the name of the parameter in CAPITAL LETTERS (e.g. "EDITKEYVALUE1), the second value is the name of the defined assignment.

params.put(EDITKEYVALUE1, lookup);
