2) New > Tool group - web integration - > custom tool

Define a Tool icon

 

 

3) New > Static Custom Tool

4) New > Application with static Hyperlink

 Popup window height and –width: 0

 Buttons available: No

 

 

 

 

5) New > Display mode IFrame

 window type: Hidden
