Since the WebOffice application server is used by means of the ArcGIS Server WebOffice SOE for ArcMap based map services the application server has also access (e.g. WebOffice project initialization, printing, etc.) to the MXDs underlying the map services, the following FAQ must also be observed:

<installation drive>:\Program Files (x86)\VertiGIS\GeoOffice

Folder GeoOffice on the server where WebOffice extensions are installed.

<installation drive>:\Program Files (x86)\VertiGIS\WebOffice FTS-Index\server\solr\<WebOffice>\data

Folder data on the server where the WebOffice FTS-Index application is installed

C:\Program Files (x86)\VertiGIS\WebOffice author standalone\*

%APPDATA%\Roaming\VertiGIS\WebOfficeAuthorStandalone\*

Folder WebOfficeAuthorStandalone on the server where WebOffice author standalone is installed

WebOffice usermanagement

For file-based UM-DBs, either the UM-DB should be completely excluded, or at least the WebOffice author standalone and the Apache Tomcat process should be excluded.

If necessary, database drivers and their configuration files should also be excluded.
