Problem:

A WebOffice export to CAD throws following error message: ORA-29902: Error in executing ODCIIndexStart() routine

Exporting data to CAD from the Desktop works correctly.

 

Solution:

Oracle extproc must be configured to access the geodatebase with SQL. More information can be found under the following link: http://arcgis.com/en/arcmap/latest/manage-data/gdbs-in-oracle/configure-oracle-extproc.htm.
