National Capital Cities
The features of the layer National Capital Cities are exported as blocks. Therefore it is again required to define the blocks in the header.
National Capital Cities refer to the same feature class as Other Cities and are thus categorized in GIS by the same field POP_CLASS. Additionally, the symbol is labeled with the field CITY_NAME. The attribute must also be considered again within the block.
