Restrict Print / Report Templates
In User Management you have the possibility to block export configurations for certain user groups.
For this, the export configurations must first be registered in User Management. Follow the wizard for setting up Print/Report Templates.

The name of the export configuration must be specified. The name corresponds to the name of the Configuration File in the Configuration Path without the file extension (e.g. GIS_all_Layers without .xml)
You must also select the type Export. |

Optionally, a map service can be assigned to the export configuration. |

In the last step, a summary of the settings is displayed.
By clicking on Finish, the changes in the database are saved. |
In order to block the export configurations for certain user groups, a limitation must be configured for the Print/Report Template. For this, follow the wizard for setting up limitations for Print/Report Templates.

In the first step, the group for which the export configurations will be blocked must be selected. |

Optionally, a Mapping Service can be assigned to the Export Configuration.
For this, the appropriate Mapping Service must be assigned to the Export Configuration. (See the wizard for setting up Print/ Report Templates) |

You must select the Export Configurations, which should be blocked. (Example: GIS_all_Layers should be blocked). |

Block access has already been activated. |

In the last step, a summary of the settings is displayed.
