To carry out a data export in WebOffice, the WebOffice extract server – Data extraction needs to be configured with VertiGIS WebOffice author. For this step the project must be opened.
(1) Select the tools
(2) Add the tool
Right mouse button on Tools > New > WebOffice extract server - Data extraction.
(3) Apply the tool

After the tool has been added, all the export configurations, which have been filed in the Configuration Path are available.
In WebOffice author, you can define the export configurations which should be displayed in WebOffice client. For this, an export profile must be created for each required export configuration.
(1) Click WebOffice extract server –extraction data > New with the right mouse button and add an Export profile.
(2) Enter Identifier. The Identifier is the name of the export configuration without the file extension. (e.g. name = CAD_DKM.xml > identifier = CAD_DKM)
(3) Enter Profile Name. The Profile Name is the designation displayed in WebOffice.
(4) Consider TOC client:
a Yes: Only the layers visible in WO will be exported
b. No: the layers described in the configuration will be exported

An appropriate Export Profile needs to be generated for each export configuration, which is displayed in WebOffice. Export configurations, which are stored in the configuration path, but for which there is no export profile set up in SYNERGIS WebOffice author, cannot be selected in WebOffice Client.
In a further step, the ArcGIS Server Mapping Service must be set up.
(1) Click WebOffice extract server – Data extraction/New with the right mouse button and add the ArcGIS Server Mapping Service.
(2) Mark the ArcGIS Server Mapping Service.
(3) Enter the server name.
(4) Enter the standard designation SynExtractService in the Server Service Name fields and the designation extract in the data frames. The fields for Service User and the password are already filled in.
