The change user text function lists all embedded function fields within the layout. In the list, the values of the function fields can be changed, by editing the text inside the column Value.

By default, only those function fields are listed that are created by the user. This means that the predefined function fields from the WebOffice plot author menu are not included.

 

But the predefined function fields can be changed as well. This is done with the option Display all field. If this option is enabled, the function fields provided by the system are also part of the list.
