For every map (feature map or current map) it is possible to add and connect a scale bar.

 

A double click on the scale bar opens the properties dialog for the scale bar.

 

For the scale bar you have two options to choose - the connection to the map and the scale units. Choose a map for which the scale bar should be displayed. The list shows all available maps inside the report template. Please note that only one scale bar can be assigned per map.

For the map units, you can choose between three different units:

•Centimeters/Meters/Kilometers

•Inches/Feet/Miles

•US Survey - Inches*/Feet*/Miles*
The US Survey units are marked with * (e.g. mi*).

 

In this version there exists only one predefined scale bar style. The length and width of the scale bar changes by drawing the size of the scale bar.
