The ePaper templates get displayed inside the WebOffice ePaper manager according to following search order:

1.MXD directory

2.Free definable directory

3.ePaper configuration directory
 

If an ePaper template can be found within the mxd directory, the search stops. Only the templates which can be found in the mxd directory are listed in the WebOffice ePaper manager.

If no ePaper template is found in the mxd directory, the search is continued in the free definable directory. The free definable directory is considered in the search only when the directory path is configured in the StoreManagerConfiguration.xml. The StoreManagerConfiguration.xml can, by default, be found under the directory C:\Program Files (x86)\SYNERGIS\GeoOffice\Configuration. The free path must be recorded under Location in Destination Name = “Configuration”.

 

 

If no ePaper template exists in the free definable directory or if the path in the StoreManagerConfiguration.xml is not defined, the search is continued in the ePaper configuration directory. By default, the directory is located under C:\Program\Files (x86)\SynerGIS\GeoOffice\Configuration\ePaper.
