Create Series …
Additionally to the feature Generate that creates a file (e.g. pdf) for a number of selected features, there is a possibility to create an entire ePaper series. The ePaper Series Export creates a file (e.g. pdf) for each selected feature.
Start the Series Export by clicking the button Series Export... The GeoOffice ePaper Series Export dialog box opens.

An ePaper series can be created only if previously an ePaper template has been selected in WebOffice ePaper manager. |
Export directory |
Select an export directory where the ePaper series will be saved. |
Expression for the export file name |
Define the export name: The selection list on the right hand side of the dialog box lists the available attribute fields of the selected layer. It ist possible to build up the export name expression from fields and single text values.

Click Next to go on with the export of the series. |
Export format |
Select the desired export data format for the ePaper series. Following formats are available: •Excel •Excel 2007 •Word 2007 |
Quality |
Select the desired export image quality. The quality can be defined in a range from 0 to 1. The default value is 0.75. |
Resolution |
Select the desired resolution. The default value is 100 dpi. |

Changes back to the previous dialog. |
Export |
Starts the export of the ePaper series. |
The export is started after a click on the button Export. The dialog lists the exported files, as well as the status of the export, like the amount of exported files, the amount of successful exported files as well as the amount of files whith an export error.
