In the WebOffice ePaper manager / GeoOffice ePaper manager, a new template can be created, by pressing the button New. The Create new ePaper Template dialog opens. Inside the dialog, define the ePaper name and the ePaper storage location.

Press OK. The GeoOffice ePaper designer opens.
