The ePaper template is prepared with the GeoOffice ePaper designer. Inside the template, the data sources, the design as well as additional integrated tools are defined. The data sources can be GIS data sources or external data sources.

GIS data sources include the GIS features and the joins and relates on the specified layer as attributive data. In addition, the geometry of the data is illustrated in form of maps. The map can either be an overview map of the current extent in the GIS or an individual map of the selected GIS feature.

The data connection to external data sources can be directly set up in the GeoOffice ePaper designer. Supported database servers are amongst others SQL, Oracle und ODBC connections.

With the GeoOffice ePaper designer, tables, graphics, diagrams, URLs and other elements can be integrated in a GeoOffice ePaper template. The templates can be formatted at will. Beside standard formatting options, conditional formatting is supported.
