Including the Feature Map
A Feature Map is a map that represents a GIS feature. For every selected feature one map is inserted.
The map is added in the designer by dragging and dropping the data band from the Dictionary tab. In this example the PARCEL_FEATUREMAP (18) is added. In the data dialog (19) of the feature map it is this time not necessary to choose an attribute.

Feature map - add data band
In the next step the map is inserted into the feature map section. Before doing this, the DataPARCEL_FEATUREMAP section must be enlarged to the desired map output size. The map is inserted via the Feature Map button (20). Click the button and drag the card to (21). Next, the Feature Map Properties dialog (22) opens.

Insert feature map
The following settings are defined in the properties dialog of the feature map:

Feature Map Properties - General

The resolution is set to 300 dpi. |
