Connection to ArcMap
With Customize > Toolbars the toolbar of the WebOffice Author Standalone can be added to Arcmap.

Prerequisite for using the tools of this toolbar is the activation of the extension of the Arcmap Connector under Customize > Extensions > WebOffice author standalone - ArcMap Connector. |

This button retrieves structure and visibility settings from the currently active ArcMap data frame and copies it to a selected map view in the currently opened WebOffice 10.9 R4 project configuration. |

This button retrieves structure and visibility settings from the currently active ArcMap data frame and copies it to the table of content of map collection (use entry point WebOffice -> Table of Content (TOC)) in the currently opened WebOffice 10.9 R4 project configuration. |

Get Geo-bookmarks from ArcMap |
This button retrieves existing bookmarks of the ArcMap data frame and copies them to the currently opened WebOffice 10.9 R4 project configuration. |

Use this button to transfer customized layer selection colors defined in the MXD document automatically to the according layer configuration of your WebOffice 10.9 R4 project configuration. |

This button synchronizes the user management database configured in the WebOffice author Basic settings. Use this button whenever you did change the ArcMap document structure etc.

Sort Layer-IDs always automatically |
Allows WebOffice author standalone to automatically sort the LayerIDs in MXD. Ascending sorted LayerIDs in the published service are a prerequisite for the correct print functionality in WebOffice.
