User Properties
The user properties are read from the AD (Active Directory) for an LDAP or SSO authentification, which can also be integrated into the print layout.
Once an LDAP or SSO configuration is set up with particular user properties, an attempt is made to readout these user properties from the AD in the LDAP system. The attributes in WebOffice usermanagement are hereby simply ignored. The user properties can still be embedded into a print layout, and thus brought onto a printout. The WebOffice 10.9 R4 currently supports the following user properties, which can be read form the AD of the LDAP system.
The description of each user properties must be the same as in the AD. The JXplorer (WebOffice10.9R4-DVD\Software\Util\JXplorer\jxplorer-3.3.1.2-windows-installer.exe) can be used to find out the descriptions and names of the fields in the AD. Instead of JXplorer you can also use ApacheDirectoryStudio. |
