Licensing Requirements

To request a WebOffice 10.9 R4 license, you must first determine the primary MAC address of your WebOffice 10.9 R4 application server.

The fastest (but not always safest) way to find out the MAC address is the WebOffice 10.9 R4 Administration Page by entering the following URL into the browser http://<server name>:<port>/<WebOffice application name>/synadmin

(e.g. http://<myserver>:8080/WebOffice/synadmin)

Default password is admin.

 

In the WebOffice administration go to the tab License. Click on the appropriate button.

Please be sure to use the physical MAC address only.

The MAC address is not allowed to relate to any local IP address, i.e. the address cannot begin with 169.254...

In a 2nd step you need to check if you have ArcGIS Server Workgroup or ArcGIS Server Enterprise installed. You need to provide this information to VertiGIS GmbH when requesting the WebOffice 10.9 R4 license.

 

With the MAC address of your web application server you are ready to request a license file from VertiGIS GmbH.
