Licensing Requirements
To request a WebOffice 10.9 R2 SP1 license, you must first determine the primary MAC address of your WebOffice 10.9 R2 SP1 application server.
The fastest (but not always safest) way to find out the MAC address is the WebOffice 10.9 R2 SP1 Administration Page by entering the following URL into the browser http://<server name>:<port>/<WebOffice application name>/synadmin
(e.g. http://<myserver>:8080/WebOffice/synadmin)
Default password is admin.
In the WebOffice administration go to the tab License. Click on the appropriate button.

In a 2nd step you need to check if you have ArcGIS Server Workgroup or ArcGIS Server Enterprise installed. You need to provide this information to VertiGIS GmbH when requesting the WebOffice 10.9 R2 SP1 license.
With the MAC address of your web application server you are ready to request a license file from VertiGIS GmbH.
